Course 8: Cross Communication and the CFO's function

This course covers all aspects of the CFO compulsory basic fundamentals and skills.

It  provides knowledge of both operational and strategic fundamentals using practical examples and solid theoretical backgrounds:
 

  • CFO requested basic skills

  • CFO skills to be enlarged due the opened and international environment where he will have to face new challenges and be a strong solution provider.

 


The course deals with various subjects:

-         Accounting and Management Control

-         Establishing and understanding of Consolidated Financial Statements

-         Implementing a comprehensive reporting

-         Dealing with Tax and Legal constraints

-         Management and communication abilities with the team and colleagues
