The objectives of this course are:

 

  • To apprehend participative approach based on process management and human factor to implement an information system

 

  • To position the CFO in the project team

 

  • To develop and ERP system in accounting and management accounting

 

Course content:

Key-points in an information system implementation (process management, management versus technology, project management, specifications)

 

  • ERP as a development tool and enhancing continuous improvement

 

  • ERP as a starting point towards knowledge management
